Increased Income Limits Effective July 1
Fix Up income limits will increase for loans locked on or after July 1, 2019. The new income limits are:
  • 11-County Twin Cities Metro Area*: $149,500
  • Dodge and Olmsted Counties: $149,500
  • All Other Counties: $132,500
The new income limits will be posted to Minnesota Housing's website on July 1.
*The 11-county Twin Cities Metro Area is defined as: Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Ramsey, Scott, Sherburne, Washington and Wright Counties
Quarterly Rate Change Now Includes Energy Incentive Loans
You will be unable to lock new Fix Up loans from approximately 8:00-10:30 a.m. on July 1, 2019 as we update rates for the new quarter. The Incentive Rate Energy Conservation Fix Up loan (both secured and unsecured) will also be included in this quarter's rate review.
