Bemidji Fix Up Lender Training
Minnesota Housing staff is hitting the road again, this time to Bemidji, where we are offering a Fix Up Loan Program lender training on April 2.
Whether you're an experienced Fix Up lender or are new to the program, you'll have the opportunity to increase your knowledge at this free training:
  •  Fix Up Training
    • When: Thursday, April 2; 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
    • Where: Bemidji State University, Hobson Memorial Union, North Conference Room, 1500 Birchmont Drive Bemidji, MN 56601

Did You Know?
Did you know homeowners do not have a minimum amount of time they must live in their home before they can qualify for a Fix Up loan? This means that homebuyers can close on a Fix Up loan as soon as they own the home and start renovations right away.
Program Manager Update
Shannon Gerving, Program Manager for the Minnesota Housing Fix Up Loan Program, will be out on parental leave, anticapted between April 10 and Labor Day.
