Our Shoe Drive is Still
in Full Swing!
We are extending our shoe drive through the end of May, so clean out those bags, boxes and closets, maybe even your neighbor's closets!
Help us reach our goal of 1000 pairs of shoes!

Oregon Foot Care Centers is proud to support Soles 4 Souls
in our 3rd Annual Shoe Drive.
Here's a little bit about this wonderful organization:

Soles4Souls disrupts the cycle of poverty by creating jobs and providing relief through the distribution of shoes and **clothing around the world. Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, the organization repurposes product to supply its micro-enterprise, disaster relief and direct assistance programs. Since 2006, it has distributed more than 30 million pairs of shoes in 127 countries. A nonprofit social enterprise, Soles4Souls earns more than half of its income and commits 100% of donations to programs.

Soles4Souls Mission Statement:

Soles4Souls creates sustainable jobs and provides relief through the distribution of shoes and clothing around the world. We advance our mission in two distinct ways:

Short Term Relief and Long Term Solutions

1. Free shoe distribution: In the short term, Soles4Souls is able to provide new shoes and clothing to those in need. We receive shoe and clothing donations from corporate partners, and then work with non-profit partners including homeless shelters, after school programs, international relief and disaster relief organizations to get shoes and clothes to those who need them most, here in the United States and around the world.

2. Micro-enterprise: In places like Haiti, Honduras and parts of Africa, work is extremely hard to find. Many live in deep poverty, meaning families live on less than $1.25 per day. We offer the opportunity for many in developing nations to create small businesses selling shoes and clothing, (a micro-enterprise.) This is a powerful and sustainable way for people who are without a traditional job or training to lift themselves and their families out of poverty.

**We are only participating in the shoe drive, we are not accepting donations of clothing.
