ZBT names Amy Long Campus Partner of the Year
INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana — Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity recently honored Amy Long with the 2018 Campus Partner of the Year Award for being a true champion for ZBT on campus and in the community.

“ZBT chapters and colonies are fortunate to have many campus-based professionals working alongside us to create a strong Fraternity experience. Amy truly rises to the top as a professional who offers genuine care, support and advice when needed and sometimes when our brothers don’t realize they need it. She is the definition of a servant leader and ZBT is honored to call her a dear friend,” said Chief Executive Officer Laurence A. Bolotin, M.Ed, CAE, Alpha Zeta (University of Florida) 2001.

Long is the Associate Director for Fraternity and Sorority Life at Kansas University. In this position, she serves as the primary supervisor to the Greek life staff and oversees all major programs related to fraternities and sororities. Her primary responsibilities also include serving as the IFC and PHA peer judicial boards advisor, communicating regularly with chapter advisors, house corporation board volunteers, house directors and inter/national headquarters staff members for all registered Greek organizations.

She is committed to the fraternal values movement and has served for over 10 years as a national volunteer for Sigma Kappa Sorority. She has facilitated for Zeta Beta Tau at several events, including International Convention and she co-led the Discovering Men of Values commission at the 2018 International Convention.

"I’ve been working on college campuses in fraternity & sorority life for more than a decade and I’ve had the opportunity to work with ZBT’s International Office as a true partner for most of those years. The relationship we have allows us to serve the undergraduate members on my campus well. The work we do is never easy; it’s the willingness of all to work together that makes it worthwhile. Being honored as the Campus Partner of the Year was a very special experience for me and it means so much because of my positive experiences with ZBT over the years,” Long said.
The award was presented on July 14, 2018, at the Grand Awards Banquet as part of the 2018 International Convention in Los Angeles.

Gifts in honor of Amy Long may be made to the Zeta Beta Tau Foundation. Learn more about the Zeta Beta Tau Foundation at zbtfoundation.org
