PREVIEW TRACK
NASHVILLE, Tenn.-- Emerging country singer-songwriter Hayden Haddock has announced the release of his newest single and ninth release, "Keep Me Up,"* a rapturous love song fueled by lingering perfume, memories that whisper in the dark, and the ache and torment of infatuation past midnight.

Written by Haddock alongside Trent Willmon and produced by Willmon (Cody Johnson/Eric Church/Kevin Fowler), the original tune will be available Friday, May 9, 2025 via all major digital retail and streaming platforms under the Good Company Entertainment Records imprint. (Distribution by CmdShft. Presale/Pre-Save event begins Monday, April 7).

Revealing nuances of the Texan’s musical influences (George Strait/Tracy Lawrence/Cody Johnson/Clay Walker), neo-traditional country production, bright instrumentation, and an upbeat, toe-tappin' tempo are the highlight as a nod to 90s trendsetters and 2000s hitmakers.

Lustful romanticism and sensual recollections spark a passion-fueled sleepless night; the toss-and-turn, lie-awake storyline stokes a burning desire to turn enamored remnants and fantasy into actuality. Haddock’s expressive vocals portray raw vulnerability.

Cause you’re keepin’ me up all night even when you’re not around
I can’t keep from seeing your eyes every time the sun goes down
Baby I can’t lie, I lie awake and burn to feel your touch
So come on over, if you’re gonna keep me up

"The release of this single, ‘Keep Me Up’ has been a long time coming. Folks can expect a dramatic vibe with heavy guitar and pedal steel instrumentation to fit the lyrics,” said singer/songwriter Hayden Haddock. “It’s about that certain someone who keeps you up thinking about them late at night, and the intention to get them to come over, whether for better or worse.”

"I'm excited about this song; it's a side of Hayden we haven't seen before, more mature, lyrically and vocally," co-writer and music producer Trent Willmon added.

The new single is in keeping with the young stylist’s previous recordings and follows the momentum of his July 2024 release, "Front Porch Rain" which charted at No. 1 on the Texas Country Music Charts and theme of "Rolling Stone" (Feb. 2024); it is the first in Haddock’s string of singles anticipated throughout spring and summer 2025.
