A five-year, $17 million cooperative agreement with Georgia Tech, the Georgia Department of Public Health, and the University of Georgia will strengthen the public response to infectious disease threats and support public health workforce development.

Georgia Tech offers several educational assistance programs for faculty and staff, including the University System of Georgia TAP and STRAP Programs. These programs provide a tuition and mandatory fee waiver or reimbursement to full-time employees and research titled faculty.
