Changes to Messenger Service

Dear Colleague,

As a result of the changes to how business is conducted today, in large part, due to the pandemic, Integrated Procure-to-Pay Solutions (IPPS) is phasing out Messenger service. The last day of operations is 07/10/23.  

The Messenger staff will support UC San Diego in other ways as they take on new roles within IPPS. Brian King, our primary messenger for many years (thank you, Brian!), is transitioning to a leadership role within Logistics.

Over the coming weeks, IPPS will onboard a new agreement supplier in the courier services space and provide guidance and support for campus clients to help ease the transition. Continue to visit the Messenger Services Blink page for updates.

The Messenger team truly enjoyed serving the campus and getting to know many of you over the years. We look forward to continuing to adapt the mail-related services and support we offer to best meet your needs.
