A public hearing will be held Friday, October 27, 2017 to consider proposed amendments to the Kansas Accountancy Rules and Regulations. Below are links to the Notice of Hearing, Economic Impact Statement, and the proposed amendments. Please note that these amendments are not final and are not effective until the public hearing has been held, and the Board has voted on them. The final amendments adopted by the Board will be published in the Kansas Register after the public hearing, whereupon the amendments will become effective 15 days after they are published in the Kansas Register.
