Plan Ahead: Expect Delays in Passport Processing

The U.S. Department of State recently notified Global Initiatives passport agents that U.S. mail delays are impacting processing times. Their processing times begin the day they receive an application, not the day it is mailed.
At this time, routine service can take up to 18 weeks and expedited service (for an additional $60) can take up to 12 weeks from the day an application is submitted to the day a new passport is received by the customer.
For faster mailing times, customers may opt to pay for 1-2 day delivery service.

Lockdowns and other pandemic measures are slowly lifting around Europe, and Luxembourg’s ideal location means that many destinations are just a train ride away for the 27 students who are spending their summer at MUDEC. Shown below are Aidan Drake (visiting Paris, France) and Tyler McMaster (visiting Ghent, Belgium).
