Dear Community,
Here we are at this big transition moment back into the world . . . and Ken’s and my oldest daughter, Odessa, is also transitioning out of our home and onto college. So much change.
She graduated from high school last week, and I was filled with so many emotions. I was missing her already, excited for her new chapter, and kvelling over the way she captured the last four years in a 4-minute speech (go to timecode 1:00:00).
In this summer newsletter, books to read (like my sister’s new book The New Oil Painting) and shows to watch (Ken and I loved Mare of Easttown), art shows to go to in person (Nam June Paik), articles to read, and more.
Mazel tov to all the graduates everywhere, and to everyone else entering this new world, bravely, with courage and optimism. It’s been quite a year . . . and there’s a lot left to do. But hopefully we can all take a break so we have the energy and right perspective before that new chapter starts.
To summer,
Tiffany
