Yesterday was such a heavy day.

Above is a photo of the memorial students from Tam High in my hometown of Mill Valley made to remember Oct 7th and the 101 hostages still held captive by Hamas.

I wish for a path forward that allows every human to live in peace. 

I also hope those of you in our country have received your ballot and are ready to engage in this messy, imperfect system of electing leaders. I wish for a strong democracy in our country that includes VP Harris as our next president. I wish that every vote is counted and valued. I wish for restored women’s rights and less violence. We've had many years with only male presidents in this country, and I look forward to the experience of having a woman president who supports what I believe in.

Today is the last day of the Artists for Kamala art sale. 100% of proceeds goes to the Harris Victory fund. My artwork was already acquired but there are many incredible works to check out here.

I also look forward to seeing people at my Bay Area events this week at Tiburon/Belvedere library tonight for a fireside chat at 6pm and at the Erica Tanov Studio 6pm on Thursday in Berkeley. 

Those of you in the Bay Area, and Marin specifically I hope you will vote Yes on B to repair our public schools. I am a product of public schools and believe they are also a fundamental part of our democracy.

Those of you in Sausalito specifically, I hope you will vote for one of my best friends Melissa Blaustein, who was Mayor of Sausalito and now is running for City Council. She is a mensch in every way.
