Dear Evergreen community,

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crimes Statistics Act (otherwise known as the Clery Act) is a federal law that requires all colleges to publish an Annual Security Report and Fire Safety Report. Evergreen’s most recent Annual Security Report is now available on Police Service’s webpage. This report includes information on the safety and security of Evergreen’s Olympia and Tacoma campuses, including crime statistics, policy statements, and fire safety information. In accordance to the Clery Act, this year’s report covers the calendar years 2018, 2019 and 2020.

This report will also be available on the US Department of Education’s website after October 15, 2021. Paper copies of this report are available upon request.

The Annual Security Report was compiled by the Clery Working Group. We thank the members for their hard work and dedication to creating this document, and for all of their work in maintaining compliance throughout the Evergreen community.

If you have any questions related to the report or the Clery Act, please contact Connie Gardner, Director of Title IX, Clery, and Student Rights and Responsibilities at connie.gardner@evergreen.edu.

Thank you.
