As we continue to transition toward a standard on-campus, in-person work model beginning with the 2025-2026 academic year, it’s essential that you — our People Leaders — receive the most timely and practical guidance possible to support you and your teams through this shift.
Today, the new telework agreement request system becomes available for use by full-time, benefits-eligible staff in ServiceNow. However, we suggest supervisors collaborate with their college/unit’s senior leaders to establish and align on unit-level work schedules, office hours, and in-person norms prior to engaging with staff and reviewing submissions.
Tomorrow, GTHR will provide official notice to staff with current telework agreements informing them that these can no longer be changed, but can remain effective until July 31. Instructions for the new system will be provided.
