This crisp veggie is mild, slightly sweet, and super versatile, making it an easy addition to your weekly lineup. Plus, you can use the whole plant—stems & leaves! Just trim the base, give it a good rinse (dirt loves to tuck in between the layers) and you’re ready to cook with it.Â
