Dear CALS Students,
We echo
President Robbins' sentiments: the entire college is heartbroken to miss out on celebrating your achievement at our in-person May 2020 graduation convocation ceremony.
In
CALS, we strive to deliver a student-focused graduation experience. In addition to reading the names of all graduates as you walk across stage,
CALS is proud to also have a
Senior Speaker, to individually recognize students on the
Senior Profile Slide, and to celebrate with friends and family at our
Senior Sendoff event.
Even as our in-person May 2020 ceremony is canceled, we invite you and your family to attend the in-person CALS ceremony in December 2020 or May 2021 (dependent on the nation's recovery from COVID-19). We're also eager to develop an equally personal, dynamic, and memorable digital graduation experience for you and your family. To do so, we need to hear from you.
- What's your preference for how to celebrate your success?
- What do you most want to remember from your graduation?
- What else do you want us to know?
- Take this 5-question survey and tell us.
We'll share planning updates starting Monday, March 30. Thank you for embracing the opportunity this challenging situation has presented. We value all of our students, your success is our primary goal.
