Youth Enrollment
Please enroll your children by November 1. Note: There may be changes to the list of projects in 4-H Online because there is a new state project guide list. If you don't see your favorite project, please reach out to Rachel Hart-Brinson for guidance on what project to sign up for.
Project enrollment helps the 4-H office communicate to your family about programs you might be interested in. You may choose more than one project (unless the child is in grades K-2 in which case they should sign up for Cloverbud.)
All youth enrolled into 4-H Online by Nov 1 will be entered into a drawing for 4-H swag.

Volunteer Enrollment
Thank you for being a 4-H Volunteer! If you are a club or project leader, you may lead youth in activities for a September meeting or activity under last year's enrollment. Your 2025-26 enrollment must be APPROVED by your October meetings. This means that your training and background check (if needed) must be completed before your October meeting. Remember that no 4-H activities can happen without an enrolled volunteer present.
As a re-enrolling volunteer, you will need to complete before approval happens: 1. A "keep youth safe" training embedded in 4-H Online (35 minutes) 2. Background Check (every 2 years from HireRight)
You can find the required training in your 4-H Online profile under your "Trainings" tab on the left.

Next Meeting - November 11, 2025Thank you to those who have volunteered already to be on the Executive Board.
Leaders Association Meetings are held at the Eau Claire County Extension Office the 2nd Tuesday of September, November, January, March, May, and June. 6:00 will be a time to hear policy updates, ask the 4-H Educator questions, and brainstorm club ideas. Meetings will start at 6:30pm. PLEASE make every effort to send a representative to these meetings. Attending is how we make connections and learn from each other to bring the best program we can to the young people in our clubs. It connects your local club program to the wider county program and makes you aware of the wider opportunities in 4-H so that you can promote those to your club members.
