Weekly Member Memo
Aug. 30, 2022
|
So...last week I sent out the notice with the wrong date. I was out with Covid for 2 weeks and honestly I had no idea...I really thought it was the 16th. Imagine my surprise when I realized I was off a WEEK. Whoo-hoo, now it's the 30! Time flies :-)

Featured on our home page - 1 winery, 1 lodging, 1 wine (visit, stay, sip)
Martin came up with the idea of the Wine Road Winestopper photo, to highlight one wine each week. He'd love to set-up a time to come to your winery, take a photo of the wine YOU select and get it featured on our home page. He can also pick up a wine for our Varietal of the Month, make sure your information is correct on our website, add you to any lists you should be on (groups of 8 or more, corporate gifting, winery hours). When he visits, Martin is also taking a series of photos we are using to create REELS for each member, to share on our social.
Don't miss out on the benefits of membership. Connect with Martin and set up a time for him to stop by. Takes about 30 minutes. Martin@wineroad.com

The RBS law requires alcohol servers and their managers at over 56,000 ABC licensed businesses to register with ABC, be trained by an ABC approved RBS training provider, and pass an ABC exam with a score of 70% or higher.
The Department has provided Frequently Asked Questions to assist those in the alcoholic beverage industry who must meet the mandatory alcohol server requirements under AB1221. ABC has also set up an RBS Centralized Support System to assist alcohol servers and managers of servers if they are experiencing technical difficulties as they navigate the RBS certification process. They can call 916-318-6435 to receive assistance.
