KIA UNLEASES INNOVATIVE FUTURE
Autonomous, Hybrid and Full-size SUV Concept Cars
Kia wowed crowds at both the Consumer Electronics Show 2016 and the Detroit Auto Show with a glimpse into new technologies and its future. It launched a sub-brand, DriveWise for its automonous vehicle division. With over $2 billion invested in driverless tech research, Kia  and Hyundai are poised on the fast track towards an autonomous future. Under its, green car initiative, Kia will launch the Kia Niro, an all-new Compact Hybrid SUV. And Kia unveiled the Telluride concept, a full-size SUV with advanced technology including state-of-the-art-health-and-wellness technology.

BRIAN'S RECIPE OF THE MONTH
PIMENTO CHEESE
1 C of grated sharp cheddar
1 C of grated fontina cheese
1/2 C mayonnaise
1  3 OZ  package cream cheese
3 TBS  crushed pimentos 
1 TSP garlic powder
1 TSP onion powder
Pinch of salt and black pepper

In an electric mixer beat cream cheese until soft.  Add all ingredients and beat slowly until completely mixed.  

Great choice for a Super Bowl party!  Serve with any kind of crackers or over toasted baguette with thinly sliced country ham or prosciutto  And don't forget the grilled pimento cheese sandwich.  Cheers!
