We wanted you to have this information as well and hope you will attend. The survey is only for the graduates to complete. Dear Member of the Class of 2020,
We hope you are well and thriving. As you heard recently from President Monaco, Tufts is inviting you back to campus to celebrate your Commencement. We are looking forward to welcoming you and your family and guests. At this time we are looking for two important pieces of information.
While our planning continues, we can share broadly that:
- TUSC, the Tufts University Social Collective, will be sponsoring a Class of 2020 Senior Gala at the State Room in Boston for you and your classmates the evening of Thursday, May 26, 2022. This is for you and your classmates only: sorry, no guests.
- The Commencement Ceremony for 2020 will take place on the academic quad on the morning of Friday, May 27, 2022. Family and friends are welcome.
- An alumni event in the evening of Friday, May 27 for graduates only is under discussion.
- A formal invitation with more information will be sent in the New Year.
We may not have everyone’s contact information, so please help us get the word out. You can forward this message to your Class of 2020 classmates and share a link to the Commencement website on your social media channels.
COVID-19 Protocol Reminder
We request that everyone attending any of these events be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Attendees will be required to follow all Tufts COVID-19 safety protocols, including wearing masks indoors, and local health department guidance in effect at the time. COVID guidance may change at any time due to the unpredictability of the pandemic.
