Celebrate Wellness Week With Your Students
MNPS Wellness Week is Monday, May 7 - Friday, May 11. This easy to follow Wellness Week Toolkit will help you teach your students about the importance of taking care of their heart, mind and body.
Each day of Wellness Week, set aside time to discuss the topic of the day with your students and to participate in one of the provided activities. The toolkit includes a morning announcement, class lesson/activity, a future challenge and a staff wellness tip for each day. Have some of your own ideas? Feel free to create your own activities or ask your students to come up with their own ideas.
