Desmond Meade is a civil rights advocate and President of the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition. He led the effort to pass Amendment 4 and restore voting rights to over 1.4 million Floridians with past felony convictions. An author and sought-after speaker, Desmond went from homeless to advocate taking his obstacles and using them to fuel his mission.
