sign up for training with the office of equal opportunity

Dear Student,
Tufts requires all new students to attend a 90-minute training with the Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO) to discuss the University's Non-Discrimination Policy, Sexual Misconduct Policy, affirmative consent, and Tufts’ expectations of all AS&E and SMFA undergraduates.
These sessions are mandatory. Failure to attend will result in an enrollment hold being placed on your registration for Spring 2022. OEO is hosting 38 sessions for AS&E and SMFA students beginning on Monday, August 23. Please sign up by by Friday, September 3 to attend one of these sessions. Several sessions will be offered for you to choose from between August 23 and September 24.
How to Sign Up: You will use Tufts OEO University Tickets to sign up. You will first need to register for a TuftsOEOUniveristytickets account. Note: This is different from the other Tufts Tickets Account that you will use during your time at Tufts for event tickets. To sign up for the OEO required training please follow the directions below.
SIGN UP TODAY
  1. Go to https://tuftsoeo.universitytickets.com.
  2. Click on ‘Log in / Register’ tab — select ‘Need to register?’ and use your Tufts email account.
  3. Go to ‘Create your profile’ and enter profile information (though there are references to billing, there is NO BILLING for this process).
  4. In the ‘Category’ section on the left side of the screen, select ‘OEO Orientation Training – ASE / SMFA. (2021-2022)’
  5. Select the session you wish to attend by clicking ‘Register Now.'
  6. Select ‘1’ student ticket and then select ‘Find Tickets.’
  7. Enter your student ID in the required field.
  8. Select ‘Checkout.’
  9. Check your Tufts email for your receipt/confirmation that will include the Zoom link and password for your session.
Sign up for a session early, as each training is capped at 50 students. If your preferred session is not available, you must sign up for another session. Please enroll in ONE SESSION ONLY to make sure that everyone gets a spot.
