In a new or expanded leadership role? Have a new project or service you are starting?
This eight-month program is designed to help full-time SMHS faculty and staff with new or expanded leadership responsibilities. The program includes self-tests, readings, group discussion, action planning, and other activities to help enhance fundamental leadership competencies related to individuals, teams, change, and most importantly, oneself. You must have a work project to focus on during the program. This could be a new program or service you are starting in your department or across several departments.
Monthly in-person half-day sessions begin November 9, 2023 and end June 13, 2024. All sessions must be attended in person. In between sessions, participants will work on their projects and receive assistance from program faculty and a designated mentor.
