Angela Booker, a professor in the Department of Communication for the past decade, is embarking on a new venture as inaugural provost of Eighth College. The campus’s newest undergraduate college will be located in the Theatre District Living and Learning Neighborhood, which will support housing for 2,000 students and feature flexible classrooms, a dining hall, restaurants, convenience retailers and outdoor recreation. The paper uses various sources of data which reveal households that have been exposed to high inflation are more likely to invest in real estate.
