KDADS Behavioral Health Services and their Prevention Programs, led by Stephanie Rhinehart, has been a bright light inspiring hope across the state of Kansas with their innovative substance use prevention infrastructure (Kansas Prevention Collaborative) and the annual Kansas Prevention Conference and Kansas Prevention Advocacy Day.
They have recently begun supporting and leading the way with a youth-focused, youth-development group called Upstream Kansas, partnering with CADCA and attracting national attention. KDADS puts the COMMUNITY in community-based prevention services!

| Andrea Dalton: Director, Center for Trauma Informed Innovation |
Andrea Dalton, MA, MT-BC, spent nearly 12 years as a board-certified music therapist, primarily in inpatient mental health. In 2016, her passion for neuroscience, research, and creativity led her to trauma-informed care consulting.
Now the Director of the Center for Trauma Informed Innovation at University Health, Andrea collaborates with leaders across healthcare, social services, education, and business to implement trauma-informed principles. As a certified leadership coach, she believes that leadership exists within every person, regardless of job title.

At Mid-America ATTC, she spearheads efforts to embed trauma-informed principles in behavioral health organizations. Andrea also continues to support music therapy as a faculty supervisor and serves on the NeuroArts Coalition advisory board.
