| Together with Togetherall
We know college comes with a unique set of obstacles, opportunities, successes, and setbacks. The freedom and adventure that you’re experiencing as a student can also come with feelings of loneliness, worry, and stress. That’s a lot to process.
This is why University of Memphis has chosen to partner with a company providing virtual peer-to-peer mental health and wellbeing support- Togetherall.

| Balanced Man Scholarship
To All Those Looking for Scholarships, We are pleased to announce that the Balanced Man Scholarship is available the upcoming 2024 spring semester. The Balanced Man Scholarship is based on the ideas and principles of the Balanced Man Program. The Balanced Man Program focuses on the continuous development of a person, not just in college, but in the career that follows. This scholarship, originating from the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity, seeks to provide students with money to help get through college. The three tenets of the Sigma Phi Epsilon are virtue, diligence, and brotherly love. The three tenets are what we also expect from our applicants and recipients, as the scholarship recognizes hardworking, scholarly students who are leaders in the community and aim to succeed in and outside of the classroom. Since 90% of college takes place outside of the classroom, we expect applicants to embody what a Balanced Man is and should be. This means that applicants need to not only have good grades, but they also need to have a balanced life outside of school. Examples of this may include but not be limited to volunteering, being active in SGA or other clubs, playing sports/exercising, etc. The students will send in applications that will then be reviewed. After evaluating applications, there will be a set of interviews for all those who qualify. Emails and or texts with dates and times will be sent out to applicants who qualify.
