(Ages 6-13) - Kids learn several martial arts forms while emphasizing courtesy, discipline, and respect. The class combines the Academic Excellence Program to maximize your child's learning. This is a white-to-black belt class with testing two to four times a year!

(Ages 55+) - Join us as we recycle plastic grocery bags into yarn and crotchet tote bags, hats, and sleeping mats for the homeless!
