Million Dollar Quartet

Based on a true story, this musical tells the story of Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Carl Perkins as they come together for a night of music at Sun Records in Memphis in 1956. Summer Sampler

Class for Youth

Saturdays, July 1–Aug 19 
This class offers children and young people a chance to learn the art of needlework samplers, working at their own pace. Girls and boys ages 7 through 17 are invited to join—no experience required! The class meets in the Grandma Moses Schoolhouse at Bennington Museum. Participants will learn how to use a needle and thread to complete the provided sampler kit. (sponsored) More info

Fanna-Fi-Allah Sufi Qawwali Party

Sun July 2, 8–11 p.m.
Fanna-fi-Allah’s founding members have spent over 22 years learning this classical art from some of the greatest masters of qawwali in India and Pakistan. The ensemble carries the flame of traditional Sufi Qawwali around the world. Qawwali is a passionate devotional practice in which the fire of divine love (ishq) is ecstatically expressed through the mystical verses of Sufi poets, sung in Urdu, Farsi, Hindi, and Punjabi. The group will perform Sunday at Race Brook Lodge. More info

Exhibition Opening

June 30–Aug 27
Berkshire Botanical Garden announces its featured summer art exhibition, Cynthia Wick’s Floraborealis, on display in the Leonhardt Art Galleries, with the opening reception this Friday. Floraborealis features joyous, incandescent paintings that emerged out of the Covid years, when the artist took refuge in her studio, going inward for inspiration and exploring her memories of color, light, and beauty. More info

Community Access to the Arts (CATA) presents its annual art show "I Am a Part of Art"—a kaleidoscopic exhibit featuring paintings, drawings, and sculptures by 150 artists with disabilities. Exhibits take place at the Lichtenstein Center for the Arts (Pittsfield) and Clark Art Institute (Williamstown).
