The February Edition | February 4, 2026

Welcome to the February Edition of the Comfort Connection!

February is Heart Health Month, so in recognition of that, we've gathered resources to help you (and your loved ones) learn more about cardiovascular health, encourage heart-healthy lifestyles, and focus on preventing heart disease, the leading cause of death in Canada.
"I didn't know anything about heart disease or the symptoms of a heart attack in women - I was fortunate to be saved.

I want women to be aware of the risks, to recognize if they are having a heart attack, and to feel empowered to take charge of their heart health."
