Minnesota Housing is pleased to announce the availability of one-time funding to preserve and increase the supply of workforce and affordable housing throughout Minnesota.
The Workforce and Affordable Homeownership Development Program provides grants for residential housing development and rehabilitation, land development, and infrastructure for manufactured home parks. Funds may not be used to provide downpayment assistance or financing for owner-occupied rehabilitation.
The following organizations are eligible for funding: nonprofit organizations, cooperatives, and community land trusts. For-profit organizations and government entities are not eligible to apply for funding.
If you are interested in applying for Workforce and Affordable Homeownership Development Program funding, please complete a short Letter of Interest form by Friday, December 16, 2016. Select proposals will be invited in January 2017 to submit a full application for funding.
