THE POWER OF EATING WINDOWS |
Both intermittent fasting and time-restricted eating give your digestive system a chance to rest and improve insulin sensitivity, helping your body manage energy more efficiently. Time-restricted eating — where you eat all your meals within a 10–12 hour window — is often the more sustainable and balanced approach for most people. This rhythm supports metabolism, reduces late-night snacking, and allows your body to focus on repair during sleep. It can be especially helpful for those struggling with energy crashes, cravings, or blood sugar swings.
Start by simply finishing dinner a bit earlier and delaying breakfast slightly. Giving your body a true window of not eating helps regulate hormones, support digestion, and align your internal clock — a small shift that can make a big difference in how you feel day to day.
