This one hour session will help you to identify common types of challenging conversations that occur between mentors and mentees, and provide opportunities to practice skills for having successful crucial conversations

Target audience: These sessions are for any faculty member, postdoctoral appointee, or research staff member (e.g., Research Associate Senior or Research Scientist) who have completed the Foundation Mentor Training through the Office for Research Mentoring and would like to receive advanced training.
