Kick Out Cancer

As we start our Tigers Go Pink Week in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Blue Crew and St. Jude Up ‘til Dawn are partnering to sponsor our very first Kick Out Cancer kickball tournament! In an effort to make this event a success, we need as many participants as possible. This kickball tournament is geared towards spreading awareness of Up ‘til Dawn, the fight against breast cancer specifically, and to show the University of Memphis that Student Activities includes actively fighting against cancer. Teams who are participating will  have the opportunity to register for an Up 'til Dawn fundraising account in efforts to support the vision of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. All donations will be directed straight to St. Jude and we encourage all students to sign up to fundraise for this scholastic year! Up ‘til Dawn will be hosting their Finale at the end of February, which requires each participant to raise $100 through their account. This tournament is a competition, but being a pro-kickballer is most certainly not a requirement. Not interested in playing kickball? Watching and supporting your friends/fellow tigers playing is a great way to support the cause too.
