Laughter is invigorating. We hear it and we want to be a part of it. Laughter is often one of the best indicators of a positive and productive work environment. Is it possible to laugh and have fun at work, even when you are the manager? YES! During this immersive workshop we will explore strategies related to effective team management, providing feedback in meaningful ways and communicating in a way that is clear and inspiring. 

Jill Brown is a farm kid, lover of food on a stick, and director of corporate relations at Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri. She has a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Prior to her current role, she worked in various external relations roles at UNL. Jill has a speaking business, Collisions of Awesomeness, where she speaks about gratitude, networking, and a variety of other personal development topics. Jill, and her husband live in Mound City, Missouri with their daughter who runs her own business called "Peppers Pup Treats" which keeps their floors sticky and their life full of new dogs to meet and feed.
