Introducing Shannon Gerving, Fix Up Program Manager

Please welcome Shannon Gerving as our Fix Up Program Manager! She joined Minnesota Housing in November after more than eight years as a Homeownership Specialist for the Dakota County Community Development Agency, helping people with homebuyer education, homebuyer and foreclosure counseling, and downpayment assistance loans.

In her spare time, Shannon likes to spend time with family, friends, and her rescue dog, Winnie. She's not a stranger to home repairs either - the house she and her husband bought in 2014 has needed lots of improvements!

"I’ve had the pleasure of meeting multiple Fix Up lenders and speaking with others on the phone or via email. I look forward to meeting the rest of you and working together in the future!" Shannon says. "Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me with any questions or concerns – I am here to support you in your work with Fix Up!"
