Dear Friends,

Autumn has arrived, right on time! While we wait for the leaves to change colors and fall, Mother Nature reminds us: Take your time before making major life changes. Not rushing into decisions is a key life lesson echoed through the Universe.

Saiguo’s short poem “Winds of Autumn” recalls for us the awakening of change:

"Even in a person
most times indifferent
to things around him
they waken feelings
the first winds of autumn."

Below are two blog posts on employment and family law. The first post is called Your Former Employer Handled Your Layoff Poorly. Did They Also Violate the Law? and the second is called Could Renovating Your Home Tear Down Your Marriage?

Please let us know if we may be helpful to your friends, your family, or you. Our primary practice areas remain family law, employment law for workers or management, and general civil and criminal/municipal court advocacy. If you need a lawyer here or elsewhere in practice areas we do not handle, then we will make appropriate referrals for you, free of charge.

Best wishes,

Kingston Law Group

It might be issues with their children, financial problems, health issues, or home renovation. There are many potential problems when changing your home, including divorce...
