Wineries Are Invited To Pour Sept. 10, 4:00-8:00pm
Free participation - there is no fee to wineries. Your logo is included on all flyers, posters, websites and other advertising for the event. Chamber staff check ID’s and stamp the hands of attendees who have paid for tastings. Attendees stroll from shop to shop to taste your fabulous wines in a relaxed evening atmosphere.

We have launched our new consumer club "Insider" and we'd love to see more wineries with special offers.
We have the long-term perks: 2 for 1 tasting, 10% off wine and special shipping offers.
Additionally Insiders get Wine Road event tickets at 10% off and we are creating quarterly seminars, where they can save 50% on those tickets.
We also have "short term" offers for Insiders. Wineries and lodgings can post any type of special offer they want, ONLY Insiders can see the offers (they are hidden from public view). These can be wine sales, special tours or signed bottles with a purchase, discounted charcuterie boards, tasting with winemakers or owners with reservations - anything you want to offer and YOU set the time line. It may be good for a month or two, it may only be redeemed on a week day - you call the shots.

Thankful For The Support
A huge thank you to Ron Rubin Winery for sponsoring our Wine Road podcast for another year. Their financial support covers all production costs for this program. Without their support, we would have ended our podcast a year ago. Thanks to them, we are heading into our 6th year of producing the show, we are about to record episode #160!

We post a new show every other Thursday. These are travel-centric shows, helping visitors plan their visit. We interview winery owners, winemakers, and tourism leaders.
We currently see about 1200 downloads per show. We receive a steady stream of emails and notes from our listeners. They like to let us know when they visit the places we talk about. It could be YOUR place!

Healdsburg Wine & Food Experience
We were able to host a table this past weekend and introduce more wine buyers to Wine Road and our events. Debbie, along with Devin (Hook & Ladder Winery) and Helen (Balletto Vineyards), two of our Board members spent the day pouring sparkling wine, talking about our new club, Insider, and inviting people to come back in November for our Wine & Food Affair.

Can You Host Groups Of 10 Or More?
We are currently seeing a non-stop stream of requests from visitors wanting to visit wineries as a group. We need to know where we can refer groups. Please fill out this Google Sheet
We will be adding this sheet to our website, for people to easily see where to go, if they are planning for a group.
