Virtual Wine & Food Affair 

Nov. 7-8, 2020.
Customers will order mixed cases of wine from WineRoad.com. Each case will have one bottle, from 12 different wineries. 
Wines will ship prior to the event weekend. CA only.
On the event weekend, we will have a combination of live streaming and pre-recorded videos on YouTube, so customers can taste along with winemakers throughout the weekend.

This week I will shoot an email to any member that has not yet renewed. Please let me know if you do not plan to renew so I do not continue to reach out.

Revised Wine Road Tasting Pass

(Currently only able to provide guaiacol and 4-methylguaiacol tests on post-primary fermentation samples. Tastry recommends micro-fermentations be conducted according to the AWRI protocol, and samples should be provided sealed and headspace-free in 375ml or 650ml containers, although 50ml is acceptable.  Estimated turnaround: 48 hours).
