- The event will run from 11:00-4:00 both days.
- To participate you will need to sign-up by July 31st and include the name of the recipe you will be serving.
- NO actual recipe required, but we do need to say what you will offer, to list in the online program.
- You WILL need a special event permit from the Health Dept to serve food.
We are working hard to keep our budget balanced, so this year reimbursements will be based on ticket sales.
We will update you weekly as to how sales are going. Sales will end the Monday prior to the event.
Reimbursements for food (with receipts) 1000-1500 tickets $400, 1501+ $800. Last year we sold 1200 tickets.
