Watermark Insights is the product owner of our faculty activity reporting tool used on campus (known to us as Digital Measures).
In Megg's presentation, titled "Beyond the Blueprint: Practical Strategies for Administering Faculty Success (Digital Measures)" is a best practice-driven session, through which attendees gained insights and practical strategies for effectively managing Faculty Success as a system administrator. The complexities of managing a system with varied user types necessitates tailored solutions to meet institutional needs. Key strategies discussed included: The development of comprehensive user guides, customized workflows, and training sessions for both faculty and staff users. The session included an in-depth exploration of the role and responsibilities of a full-time Faculty Success Administrator at the UT Health Science Center and Clemson University, emphasizing the skills and qualifications for success in this crucial role/ These include technical proficiency, communication skills, and attention to detail. The session provided a platform for sharing lessons learned, highlighting the significance of data integrity, security protocols, synergistic practices, and collaborative partnerships across the campus community.
