Year-over-year, Year-to-date August 2022 data is from 58 tasting rooms across Sonoma, CA which participate in Community Benchmark.

Overall DTC Total Sales: Overall YTD DTC sales are up +5.9% vs. 2021. (+20.2% vs 2020)

Visitors: Visitation YTD was up +11.8% vs. 2021. (+107.2% vs 2020)

Tasting Room sales: Tasting room sales YTD were up +12.2% vs. 2021. (+123.0% vs 2020)

Wine Club Total Sales: Wine Club total sales YTD were up +10.1% vs. 2021. (+16.0% vs. 2020)

If you would like YOUR wine included in our monthly Varietal of the Month blog (to 53,000 subscribers), we need samples. Drop one bottle at the office anytime Mon-Fri. (leave in the map box if the door is not open.

A copy of our current (and outdated map) was mailed to everyone three weeks ago (in an oversized kraft/brown envelope).

Email any corrections to beth@wineroad.com by Oct. 1st.

Please confirm if you have NO changes, so we know everyone did review their info.

We plan to have new maps by Jan. 2023.

Time To Think About Winter Wineland

January 14-15, 2023 ~ 11:00-4:00 both days

Each winery will be asked to set up a "photo" area for social sharing - be it a selfie frame or a staged area like this example from Balletto. Wineries will be reimbursed up to $250 for supplies for this.

Sign up will be via Eventbrite starting Oct. 1st - with the deadline to sign-up being Oct. 21. Tickets launch Nov. 10 (9th for Insiders).

So this is just an early notice to get you thinking about the event.

Plan what you can offer for the weekend that would draw people in. We are pitching it as a weekend to restock your cellar. We will be giving out 6-bottle bags to each attendee at check-in.
