The 63rd Annual Fall Conference & Trade Show is scheduled for October 12-14, 2016 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, in Davidson County (Nashville). The hotel block is currently full. If you have a room at the conference hotel and wish to cancel it, please call the TCSA staff so that your room may be transferred to someone on the wait list. TCSA does not have an overflow hotel, however there are numerous hotels very nearby to the Opryland Resort & Convention Center:

Details of the conference agenda are still being finalized. Conference registration online and through the TCSA office will be available very soon. For planning purposes, you can expect registration to begin mid-morning on Wednesday, the 12th, with a CTAS training class expected to begin at 10:00am. The exhibit area will open that afternoon. Nominating committees, affiliate board meetings, and the TCSA board meeting are scheduled for that afternoon. Also, it is expected that some TCCA committees will meet on the morning of the 12th. The conference is exepcted to conclude after a breakfast session on Friday, October 14th.
