1.  Worship Pastor Search
Will you please pray each day for our Worship Pastor Search Committee? They have been meeting faithfully every week to pray, understand needs of the church, discover candidates, and do the multi-layered follow up work required.
I’m very proud of this group for their investment in the church, the sacrifices they are making to do intensive research, and the spirit with which they are pursuing this task.
Your prayers on their behalf make a huge difference.
2. Students Serving for Missions
It’s that time of year when you can hire teens to come help you with chores around your property. All donations go toward their mission trip this summer.
They are planning to serve the many people who were impacted by the multiple hurricanes that pummeled the Gulf Coast last summer.

The student ministry will travel to Mobile, Alabama to serve those that were affected by the 2020 hurricane season. This event is open to students 6th-12th (College, parents, and leaders).

Then you may be a great fit for the new job opening for a Receptionist in the church office.
The Receptionist serves as the voice and face of Deermeadows Baptist Church by being the first contact many from the community have with the church. The Receptionist sets the environment of Christ-like kindness and compassion for interactions with the community, the congregation, and within the church office. This position reports to the Office Manager and works during church office hours of 8:00 – 5:00 Monday through Thursday.
