Dear Student,

Your Spring 2024 Registration Appointment will be visible in your MySacState Student Center on Monday, November 6th.

Be sure to clear any holds and pay any remaining balances before your registration date.

How to Navigate Your Student Center

These helpful tools, plus meeting with your Advisor, will prepare you for registration. For GE advising, refer to the Academic Advising Center for appointments. For major advising, refer to your academic department of the major.

Please note the following due dates for tuition fees and campus fees based on the time of registration:

Spring 2024 Registration Period	Fee Due Date
November 13 - December 22	January 4, 2024
January 2 - 11	January 18, 2024
January 12 - 21	January 26, 2024
January 22 - February 16	Prepayment of fees required

Spring 2024 Important Dates

November 13, 2023	Spring 2024 registration for continuing students begins. Registration appointments are assigned in order of class level priority.
December 23, 2023 - January 1, 2024	Registration Closed.
January 2 - 11, 2024	Registration open to continuing students.
January 3 - 11, 2024	Spring 2024 New Transfer Student Orientation and Registration.
January 12 - 21, 2024	Registration open to all students.
January 21, 2024	Spring 2024 waitlists are eliminated. When waitlists are deleted, you will no longer see waitlisted courses in the Student Center. Students should retain course and instructor information for any waitlisted class(es) to "crash" the course.
January 22, 2024	Spring 2024 Instruction Begins.
January 22 - February 2, 2024	Spring Late Registration and Schedule Adjustment. During this time, you retain access to add and drop courses through your Student Center. If instructor or department permission is required to add or drop a course, the Add/Drop Petition (OnBase form) must be used.
February 3 - 16, 2024	Spring 2024 Late Registration and Change of Schedule completed by Add/Drop petition (OnBase form) at departments.
February 16, 2024	Census Date. Last day to drop a class without receiving a "W."
