Organizing to Fight Climate Change: Student Presentations |
Do you want to make a change in your community but feel unsure about where to begin? Learn from two students tackling two very different community organizing problems this semester. Grant Sullivan has been working to identify and build a constituency for access to critical resources after a climate disaster in rural Appalachia. Nikki Minsky has been mobilizing youth in partnership with a private jet expansion resistance campaign. Learn about the ins and outs of their projects on Wednesday, December 3, at noon.

Join the community for the first annual "Light Up the Quad" celebrating the holiday season and end of the semester on Wednesday, December 3, at 7:30 p.m. at the Academic Quad. All from the Tufts community are welcome for some food, music, and fun, as we "Light Up the Quad." This event is sponsored by the President's Office, Office for Campus Life, and Tufts Chaplaincy with a special thank you to Tufts Facility Services.
