| Getting Your Flu Shot and Covid Booster on Campus Is Easy! |
Do you still need your flu shot and COVID-19 booster? Tufts has reserved them for you. It's quick and easy to claim yours at this week's campus clinics on Monday, October 20–Friday, October 24, at 8 a.m.–4 p.m. at Breed Memorial Hall, 51 Winthrop Street.

| Upcoming Student Accessibility and Academic Resources (StAAR) Center Workshop |
On Wednesday, October 22, at 12 noon–1 p.m., Building Confidence as a Public Speaker will teach students essential tips to improve communication skills. This workshop is perfect if you are looking to develop greater presence when presenting, or when you are reluctant to speak up in class. Our resources are free and open to all undergraduates. Workshops are held in person on the Medford/Somerville campus.

On Thursday, October 23, at 11 a.m.–2 p.m., come on up to the Academic Quad for a break and a snack. Food trucks include Moyzilla, Roxy's Grilled Cheese, The Sausage Guys, Dylan and Pete's, and Tufts Catering. Sponsored by the President's Office, this event is open to all students, faculty, and staff.

Located in Boston, the facility offers a full suite of certification tests for turbine blades with 35 distinct testing programs. Introducing Pachyderm Place Apartments at Tufts University |
As you know, construction of an apartment building on Boston Avenue is well underway. The residential building, which will be managed by the Capstone Management Partners independent from Tufts, will be available for occupancy by juniors and seniors in August 2027. And it now has a name: Pachyderm Place Apartments at Tufts University. Rental information will be available at a later time.

Majors Month Starts Monday, October 20!
Majors Month is to help support your major exploration and declaration in Arts and Sciences, Engineering, and SMFA. View the full schedule of Majors Month, and look for more announcements listed on your Academic Essentials Canvas course and Jumbo Digest.
A&S to Engineering Internal Transfer Informational Meeting
Arts and Sciences students interested in internal transfer to the School of Engineering are invited to attend an in-person presentation on Thursday, October 23, at 7–8 p.m. (Dowling Hall Conference Room 730A). Senior Academic Advisors John Gearin and John O’Keefe will go over courses for first-year students (focusing on fall 2025 course enrollment and spring 2026 registration), graduation requirements for Engineers, and the internal transfer process and criteria to prepare you for a successful internal transfer. *Please note that this meeting is for students who have not applied for internal transfer.*

Students can stop by drop-in advising with any quick questions about advising, courses, or academic requirements.
