As part of our 50th anniversary celebration, WYSU was honored to have an article by station director Gary Sexton featured in the most recent edition of the Youngstown State University alumni magazine. In the article, Gary explains how WYSU has been ‘an anomaly in a good way’ by maintaining a focus on classical music. According to Gary, "classical music has been the single thread running through all 50 years of WYSU's existence, which is a wonderful thing to recognize and celebrate.
