Younger patrons will learn about photography by creating paper cameras at 11AM & 6PM.

| This children's event is designed for students aged 8 - 11 yrs old. Participants will explore books on photography, then will stroll around town with a parent and take photos using their parent's cell phone. Photos will be used in the next Art Exploration program on August 14. Adult participation is required for this children's event.

This SRP event is for children and teens aged 5 - 17.
Young participants will be learning about haikus. They will create a haiku and then decorate it so that it looks like a piece of art.
Teens will attend: "Have Fun with Food Writing" ~ learn about the tradition of food writing, and taste-test different snacks to inspire you!

Yoga Mash: Kathy Wright will lead this yoga series that will increase flexibility while sculpting and strengthening your body. Participants will use a combination of yoga mats, small weights, and chairs. This a free program. Tuesday, August 12 & 26.

Book to Movie Club: Mondays at 4:30PM. Local students in grades 3 - 5, are welcome to attend every Monday from 4:30 - 5:15 PM while we read a few chapters from a great children’s book. We currently are enjoying Inkheart.
