Sundays: Fleet Feet Sports Durham, 6:30-7:30PM, OR
Tuesdays: Learning Tots Academy Apex, 6:30-7:30PM
Fit4Baby instructors are certified in prenatal fitness and will safely guide you through classes that will leave you stronger and better prepared for all the stages of pregnancy and motherhood.
Important! Regular physical activity, such as Fit4Baby classes, can help reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may even speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. **According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.**

Fit4Baby Prenatal 6 week sessions begin September 10th in Durham and September 12th in Apex.
Durham Session: 1 class per week at Fleet Feet Sports Durham (6807 Fayetteville Rd), Sundays from 6:30-7:30PM - $75
Apex Session: 1 class per week at Learning Tots Academy Apex (2209 Candun Dr), Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30PM - $75
