Updated Spring 2022 Registration Late Fee

In an effort to ensure a successful transition of the newly announced $75 late registration fee, the University of Utah is postponing its implementation to the fall 2022 semester. This decision is made in response to the timing-related concerns raised by our campus partners. Please disregard the late registration fee announcement sent out on October 4th, 2021 and anticipate updated information further into this academic year.

Three Study Tips to Help You Ace Your Online Courses

Online classes are a little different from in-person classes, especially when it comes to understanding the course material well enough to study it later for exams. Make sure you stay on top of your online classes by checking in frequently, completing assignments ahead of time, and following these three top tips when you’re ready to study:
  • Dedicate time during your day to focus on only online classes
  • Take hand-written notes when watching video lectures or reading texts
  • Study by creating flash cards and quizzing yourself on course concepts
For even more tips and tricks on how to level up your online course studying game, visit the Stanford University Tips for Learning Online page, the Northeastern University Tips for Taking Online Classes page and the Tips for Taking Online Courses website.
